The family of the man who died after an ammonia leak at Northampton's Carlsberg brewery has released a tribute to him.
David Chandler, 45, from Bridgnorth in Shropshire, was working at the plant in Northampton on 9 November when the leak happened.
In a statement issued through Northamptonshire Police, his wife of six years Laura and daughters Ava, aged five, and Isabella, nearly two, say Mr Chandler was "a really lovely, happy family man", who was "always happy, funny and bright".
"He always had a smile on his face," the statement continued.
"This is such a massive thing, this will take a long time to move on from."
The statement says his two sisters have also been "left devastated and heartbroken".
Police officers are still at the scene and are working with the Health and Safety Executive to establish what happened. Production at the brewery has ceased since the incident.

Despite his exit at week seven, it's fair to say Kettering IT consultant Karthik Nagesan made quite and impression on The Apprentice.

It was the end of the line for Kettering IT consultant Karthik Nagesan in The Apprentice.
The candidates had to take a product to a boat show and Karthik's team only ended up making £188.40, compared to the rival team's £40,480.
Yes, you read that right - and the inevitable happened...
Lord Sugar told Karthik: "You've been a diabolical project manager. I don't trust you to bring anyone back into this boardroom."
On his exit Karthik said: "I'll just have to go on and make the billion dollar unicorn company that I want to make without him."
Good luck Karthik!

Peter Bone, MP for Wellingborough, told the Commons: "I doubt if there's a member in this House who in the last few years hasn't been threatened.
"We've seen the terrible death of a colleague. We've seen other colleagues attacked. I myself only recently has had death threats. My wife has had death threats. The police have intervened.
"The vile stuff we get on Twitter is unbelievable."
Mr Bone continued: "We have to put up with all that and we have to have contact with our constituents.
"And I wouldn't change any of that, and some of us will be getting enhanced security and [the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority] is doing its best to help with that.
"We have to deal with that sort of stuff."

A Northamptonshire MP has revealed the death threats levelled against him and his family - including a mocked-up photograph of his youngest son being "executed" by so-called Islamic State terrorists.
Peter Bone, MP for Wellingborough, told the House of Commons he dialled 999 once over safety fears in his first 11 years as an MP, compared with three times since June's EU referendum.
He added the police have also intervened recently after both he and his wife Jennie received death threats.
Mr Bone said other incidents included "two bullet holes" - caused by air pellets - in a constituency office window and an attack on his house.
He described the mocked-up photograph of his son via social media as "one of the worst things" he has faced.
A colder day than yesterday. One or two showers are possible, but many places will be dry with frequent sunny spells, with a high of just 6C (43F).
There are more details on the BBC Weather website.
East Midlands Trains, which operates through Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough, paid out £767,000 in compensation to delayed passengers in the past year.
Press Association analysis of Department for Transport (DfT) and Network Rail data shows the operator received £9.5m from Network Rail for unplanned disruption.
Meanwhile, London Midland, which runs through Northampton and Long Buckby, paid out £588,000 in compensation and received £1m from Network Rail.
Chiltern Trains, which runs through King's Sutton, paid out £237,000 in compensation and received just £18,891 from Network Rail for unplanned disruption.
Rail regulator the Office of Rail and Road said "more needs to be done" to raise awareness of passengers' right to claim compensation.
Last year consumer group Which? lodged a "super complaint", claiming that the system for obtaining compensation for delayed journeys was too complicated.

Chica, a female cat aged about eight, was found by a man in his garden in Trentham Close, East Hunsbury, on Saturday. It is thought her body was thrown into the garden from an alleyway that runs behind it.
The tabby and white cat had green-coloured string around her neck and appeared to have been strangled, the RSPCA said.
RSPCA inspector Susan Haywood said: "Chica was microchipped and so we were able to trace her owners, who live not far from where she was found. Understandably, they are absolutely devastated.
"It does appear that Chica has been strangled and we cannot rule out the possibility that this was done deliberately."

Kettering's Kyren Wilson has beaten Ronnie O'Sullivan in their first-ever tournament meeting.
Wilson won by four frames to three at the Northern Ireland Open.
"I was sat there at three-all and thinking I haven't done much wrong here," Wilson told Eurosport. "I was just glad I managed to bring the best out of him and that was a bit of a feather in my cap.
"You are the underdog against Ronnie and you are expected to lose by everybody, so I was on a win-win really."
Wilson, 24, will now face Mark Williams in the last eight.
