BBC News OnlineA 75-year-old man who was killed after being hit by a car being chased by police has been named as Barry Arkesden from Hilton.
Mr Arkesden was a pedestrian and hit in Main Street on 11 April.
Matthew Hogg, 24, from Etwall was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and has been remanded into custody.

Park users found a lamppost had been pulled down this morning, along with some goal posts.
It's after 25 newly planted trees were vandalised at the weekend.
Anyone with information about the vandalism has been asked to contact police by calling 101.

BBC News OnlineThe cannabis plants were found in the Farm House Restaurant on Cordy Lane, Brinsley which has been empty for some time.
Before it was a restaurant it was a pub called The Yew Tree.
Nottinghamshire Police said the cannabis found by officers had a street value of £500,000, external.

"This is an extraordinarily large grow to be found in Nottinghamshire and it's always a shock to make these sorts of discoveries."

The spaces will be in a new car park to the left of the current entrance on a piece of land currently unused by Network Rail.

She said: "I hear a noise and commotion and looked out of the window and saw the motorbike and the elderly gentleman, and helped him out as much as I could.

Officers discovered the plants, which were growing in 10 rooms of the two-storey building, this morning.
