A man has been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence outside a mosque in Derby.
Officers were called to Malcolm Street in Normanton at about 13:10 where they found a 43-year-old man in a car that had collided with another vehicle.
Derbyshire Police said a number of residents were evacuated while Ministry of Defence experts examined a suitcase in the car but it was found to be not suspicious.
They have all since returned home.

Nadia Whittome, the MP for Nottingham East, has confirmed on her blog , externalshe is self-isolating due to coronavirus risk.
The Labour MP said she was taking the action after a "member of parliamentary staff" who she shared an office with was being tested for the disease.
She also said she was suffering from symptoms consistent with coronavirus but was working with health officials to monitor the wider situation.

The University of Nottingham is to suspend face-to-face lectures and tutorials as a response to coronavirus.
An online system is to start on 23 March while all residential study trips, both abroad and in the UK, are being cancelled.
Overseas placement students are also being invited to return early in case travel restrictions come into force.
Next week has been designated a "transition phase" while arrangements are put in place.

A dog has been abandoned in a stranger's garden with the "worst dental disease and ear infections ever seen" by the RSPCA inspector who dealt who rescued her.
The nine-year-old Lhasa Apso, called Poppy, was brought into RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre, in Leicester, on Sunday.
Inspector, Karl Marston, said: “Poppy is underweight, has a matted coat, and has really severe infection in her ears, mouth and left eye.
“She’s going to need extensive treatment and will be in Woodside’s care for some time.
“Someone has allowed her to get into this state and I will be investigating who was responsible for failing to seek veterinary treatment for her."

The St Patrick's Day Concert in Nottingham's Old Market Square has been cancelled due to the coronovirus outbreak.
Organisers say the decision to call off the event - due to take place on Tuesday - was taken "in goodwill and caution".
They added the dome of the Council House will still be lit up in green on St Patrick's Day evening.
