    James Bond

There was disappointment for Shrewsbury Town last night, after they were beaten 2-1 away to Peterborough.

Stephen Humphrys got a penalty in the first half, but was then sent off early in the second.

Manager Paul Hurst says he's sure the 19-year-old will be frustrated with himself.

    Quote Message

You know there's an element of naivety to it, in terms of putting himself in that position. I think the referee wasn't going to book him, then decided he was, then he's realised he was on a yellow. He wasn't sure what he was going to do and then decided to go down that route. Stephen will have to learn from it, he's had his start but now he's unavailable to us at the weekend."

A computer system that matches those who need care with companies who provide it, has reduced the number of people being admitted to hospital and is apparently getting them home quicker.

Shropshire Council's online database allows care companies to bid for the work, paid for by the local authority.

Since its introduction, three times as many people were discharged from hospital last month - compared with the same time last year.

Shropshire Council's Andy Begley says the system frees up hospital beds.

    Quote Message

It supports hospital discharge massively. What it means is that all those requests for support come through one gateway, one pathway and so we can get an understanding of capacity, we can actually prompt providers, we can encourage providers to see if they can develop more capacity or the right sort of care packages that we need."
