A pensioner has set out to ride a total of 80 miles around West Sussex on a tricycle.
Theo Ellert is riding a mile a day around the Littlehampton area, aiming to reach her target by her 80th birthday on 18 August.
The money raised is for a charity she founded called Miracles, external, which provides caravan holidays in Selsey for families in crisis.
Theo says she took up tricycling nearly a decade ago after a failed attempt at cycling.

A sports stadium being used as a drive-in Covid-19 testing facility has been targeted by thieves.
The Withdean Sports Complex in Tongdean Lane, Brighton, is attended by people displaying symptoms of coronavirus who have received an appointment.
Sussex Police said lighting and sports equipment were reported stolen and damage caused to a marquee and bins.
Anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious at about 20:30 BST on 19 May is asked to contact officers.

Hastings Borough Council leader Kim Forward said the town has one of the lowest infection rates in England, and they want to maintain it.
She said: “So, for now our amenities will stay closed. We want to keep Hastings safe and these cannot just be empty words, they must be backed up by actions.
"Opening our amenities will encourage more people to visit and will lead to increased risk of infection.
“Although the government has changed their message, we have not. Our message to residents is still stay safe and stay home as much as possible to save lives.
"We know people will go out for exercise, but people must keep social distancing and washing their hands when they return home.”
This summer’s popular Hastings Old Town Carnival has been cancelled due to restrictions imposed following the coronavirus outbreak.
The Pram Race and Gurning Competition which are normally also held during the week in the East Sussex resort have also been cancelled, it emerged in a statement posted on Facebook., external
It said: “This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly and were really hoping to go ahead to give our community the boost it needs. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement.
“Even with a relaxation of the current restrictions we cannot see how we can run our events and safely control the social distancing that is still likely to be needed.
"There is a certain amount of expenditure required to put on these events and we cannot afford to lose this if the government were to reintroduce any lockdown measures.”
Organisers hope to put on “some kind of virtual Old Town week and carnival” instead.

Car parks at Camber, near Rye, in East Sussex became full with people who had taken advantage of the sunny weather to spend the day at the beach.
The high number of visitors prompted Rother District Council to close all the car parks in the area – and to issue a public plea to people not to travel to the area’s beaches.
The council tweeted: “Unfortunately with people allowed to travel for exercise there are no powers available to stop people from visiting the beach but we ask you to consider whether you can visit safely and whether you need to visit.”
