So far, Mr Corbyn is giving his most poised leader's speech to date. He is landing jokes about the Tories and their "magic money" tree, and pausing for applause with assurance.

Jeremy Corbyn says "the price of power" is "roughly £1bn for each Democratic Unionist MP".
Meanwhile, cabinet ministers are "at each other's throats", he says.
Labour is ready to tackle inequality, rebuild the NHS, "give opportunity to young people, dignity and security to all older people", Mr Corbyn says.
The party will "meet the challenges of climate change and of automation" and "build a new and progress relationship with Europe".
In contrast, the Tories are "hanging on by their fingertips".
But, he jokes, "they have tracked down the magic money tree".

The Labour leader says the party "achieved Labour's best result in a generation" in June's general election.
It has "put the Tories on notice and Labour on the threshold of power", he adds.
Jeremy Corbyn recalls Margaret Bondfield, who "risked losing her job" for joining the shopworkers' union and rose to be assistant general secretary.
Later, he says, she was the "first ever woman to join a Labour cabinet".
He says Labour in government "will take action to close the gender pay gap" including "mandatory equal pay auditing for large employers".

"Can we bring the conference to order?" he says, smiling.
"Oh, Jeremy Corbyn," chant the crowd.
He thanks delegates for the welcome.
"We meet here this week as a united party, advancing in every part of Britain," he says.
It's all gone a bit football terrace to greet the leader's arrival - people are waving scarves and singing Mr Corbyn's name.
Jeremy Corbyn enters the hall to chants of "oh, Jeremy Corbyn". He is greeted warmly by delegates as he makes his way to the podium.

There are 1,200 people in the conference hall in Brighton for Jeremy Corbyn's big speech out of about 13,000 who have attended this week, says Daily Politics reporter Ellie Price.
Ellie has been chatting to some of those who missed out on a ticket for the speech - they say they don't mind because, they say, it's been a great week.
