The baton started in Dalmellington. It also travelled to New Cumnock and Cumnock.
Other locations included Mauchline, Galston, Stewarton, Kilmaurs, Crosshouse and Kilmarnock

A man attempted to grab the Queen's Baton as it was carried through the centre of Kilmarnock earlier.
Baton bearer Ian Paton, 18, was taking part in the relay in Portland Road at about 18:25 BST on Saturday when a man ran across the road, jumped up to try and reach the baton, before being caught by police officers.
The man was then seen to be led away by police.
Peter Kirkbride, one of Scotland's medal hopefuls for Glasgow 2014, brings the relay to a close in Kilmarnock.
Shahbaz Mirza, 23, got to pose with a gala queen in Kilmarnock before setting off on his stint with the baton.
Shahbaz has represented Scotland at international level in karate.

Choirs from across Scotland are accompanying the arrival of the baton in their communities with performances of Phil Cunningham's song Here's to All Our Common Wealth, as part of the Big Song Relay.

Earlier, Clyde accompanied the baton round the children's ward of Crosshouse Hospital.
Liam, Elliot, Lewis and Khloe all seemed to particularly enjoy meeting the Commonwealth Games' mascot.

Silvie and John emailed us all the way from Switzerland. They said: "We are following this wonderful event with great affection, with so many fantastic people taking part.

The answer to the World Cup quiz question is five - Australia, Cameroon, England, Ghana and Nigeria have competed at the World Cup and will take part in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Georgina will have no problem carrying the baton. She will represent the host nation in the weightlifting competition in Glasgow.
Macy the dog has a lick of the baton in Stewarton. This isn't the first animal the baton has encountered during its epic journey round the globe.

The baton has now arrived in Crosshouse, where it will be carried by nine people. The first baton bearer is Louise Morran.
Rhona is Scotland's most capped hockey player and also the nation's top goal scorer.
She represented Scotland at three Commonwealth Games (Kuala Lumpur 1998, Manchester 2002 and Melbourne 2006).
Rhona is also the current Scotland U18 coach and an athlete representative on the Glasgow 2014 board.
She was passed the baton by great-grandmother Betty Bennett MBE, 89, who was nominated after raising £100,000 for Erskine Hospital.
