    The baton relay will travel through the Highlands during the rest of day.

    It will arrive at Gills Bay in a short while and then make a brief stop at John O'Groats.

    Baton bearers in Wick start the stints with the baton from about 09:55 BST.

    St Margaret's Hope completed the baton's trip through the Orkney Islands, with Laura Cromarty the first to proudly take part in the relay.

    Grace Corsie and Finlay Gordon also carried the baton through the village.

    It's time to begin the journey south. Next stop Gills Bay.

    Children dressed in traditional ploughmen and horse costumes watched the final leg of the baton relay on the Orkney Islands.

    Josephine Evans and Annie Fotheringhame completed the line up of local heroes from the Orkney area of Holm who carried the baton.

    The police escort sang the James Bond theme tune as baton bearer 007, Byron Horne (pictured with Elizabeth McInnes), took part in the relay.

    He spent a few minutes studying the baton. Maybe he was using his intelligence skills to try and decipher the Queen's message?

    Welcome to live coverage of the Queen's Baton Relay in Scotland.

    It's day 28 and today the baton relay travels from the Orkney Islands to Dingwall in the Highlands.
