    That's all for the Queen's Baton Relay live page for today. Massive crowds in Ardrossan bring day 32 of the relay to a fitting end.

    And it's been a spectacular day too, as the relay travelled from Skelmorlie to Ardrossan with celebrities, athletes and local heroes all having a moment with the baton in the sunshine.

    Karen Dunbar was a massive hit with the crowds as she took part in the baton relay in Largs with some rather ferocious looking characters.

    Tristan Levie took part in an extra special leg of the relay when he accompanied it on board an inflatable boat to the waiting crowds on Millport beach.

    Long-distance runner Hayley, who is part of Team Scotland's Commonwealth athletics team, also ran with the baton in Kilbirnie.

    Fraser is keen runner and has been a member of the North Ayrshire Athletics Club for five years.

    He has achieved regional and national success, becoming Ayrshire Champion at 400m, 800m and 10km at under-18 level.

    The people who nominated Fraser said: "He relentlessly tries to inspire young athletes to set their goals high and to strive to achieve these goals both in sport and in their normal lives."

    The relay was treated to a little royalty earlier in Irvine when this year's Marymass Queen got to hold Her Majesty's Commonwealth Baton.

    Ever since Mary Queen of Scots visited Irvine in 1563 the town's annual parade has featured a Marymass Queen and her "Four Marys", a reference to her four ladies in waiting.

    Amy McIntyre, Rebecca Plaistow, Erin McAuley, Stephanie Thomson and Emma Hawthorn have all just had their moment with the baton.

    John is a prolific volunteer, in the past he has been involved with fire services and was a crew member for the RNLI.

    He now offers his time to HM Coastguard and the North End First Responders.

    The people who nominated John said: "He always goes to extra lengths to help other people get out of difficult situations, often at his own expense and safety."

    A group of cyclists have started following the relay as it continues through the streets of Saltcoats. It's starting to look like a quite a convoy!

    Gary has been involved in sport since 1975, competing in swimming, table tennis, wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby union.

    He has represented Scotland in all four sports.

    Gary was also part of the Great Britain wheelchair basketball team at the 1984 Paralympics.

    He still competes to this day with the West of Scotland Warriors wheelchair sports club, where he is manager. He also helps to develop wheelchair sport throughout Scotland.

    Scott Hindmarsh recently won an award in recognition of the contribution he has made to the local community.

    While at Ayrshire College, Scott and his friends Dale and David gave up their spare time to support a project for young people in Kilwinning.

    The group helped train children's football teams and delivered seminars on sectarianism, knife crime and local history.

    The convoy is just minutes away from the "Three Towns" - stopping in Stevenston before moving on to Saltcoats and Ardossan. I'm told the crowds are already building.

    An impressive 25 people were celebrated in the Ayrshire town, with huge crowds lining the streets to cheer on the baton bearers.
