    Further interventions from the SNP, such as from Eilidh Whiteford, have continued to press David Mundell on the suggestion that the Scotland Bill doesn't bring forward the Smith Commission recommendations.

    Alex Salmond has also intervened again to say the editorial of the Daily Record says "there are serious concerns" the bill doesn't implement the recommendations.

    Conservative MP Heidi Allen says that there is a "lack of trust" from the SNP benches, a statement which is met by laughter from the SNP.

    She asks why they cannot take Mr Mundell at his word, and says that unless there is trust amongst the parties, "they will achieve nothing."

    Scottish Secretary David Mundell says there will be "four days of line by line scrutiny" of the Scotland Bill when it gets to the committee stage.

    Quoting Nicola Sturgeon, he says "compromise isn't the same as concession", and states that compromise was made by all parties during the negotiations.

    He says that this debate isn't about re-raising those issues.

    He says that as the Bill goes forward, they will listen to "all parts of the country, and all parts of the Chamber" to "fully implement the spirit of the Smith Commission",

    He says it is the "settled will of the Scottish people" that Scotland should remain part of the UK, and that this Bill will allow for a strengthened Scottish Parliament within the union.

    Mr Mundell says the Bill was part of the Conservative manifesto, and the fact it has been brought forward so soon after the general election shows the commitment of the government towards fulfilling it.
