    Labour MSP Rhoda Grant asks what discussions the Scottish government has had with the UK government regarding reports that the UK could leave the common agricultural policy and common fisheries policy in March 2019 with no transition period.

    Ms Sturgeon says Fergus Ewing met Michael Gove on Monday but there was no clarity on this, which she says is simply unacceptable.

    The first minister says: "We will continue to press Defra on this in the coming weeks."

    She says the UK government has not told people if CAP will continue during the transition perioxd.
