    Our reporter Oscar Pearson has been keeping us updated with the Guernsey v Saaremaa football this evening.

    However, the big question is does this picture of the Saaremaa keeper including Oscar's shadow and phone count as a selfie.

    Tom Hollingsworth took his third gold of the games in the Men's 100m Butterfly.

    The Men's 4x50m Freestyle Relay - made up of Jonathan Beck, Ben Lowndes, Miles Munro and Tom Teasdale - also secured another gold.

    Guernsey also secured 3 bronze medals, courtesy of Laura Le Cras in the 200m Individual Medley, Orla Rabey in the 800m Freestyle, and the Women's 4x50m medley relay.

  6. Jersey pair face hosts in Beach Volleyball semi-finalspublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 27 June 2017

    Bero Bobus and Ruben Vieira's second place finish in Group B put them up against the winners of Group A in the semi-finals.

    Gotland's Hannes Brinkborg and Viktor Jonsson have not dropped a set so far in the competition.

    The match starts on Thursday at 09:00 BST.

    It's been all about the athletes so far but don't forget that any well-oiled sporting machine has a team of medical experts behind it looking after those tired muscles.

    Here are Jersey's team on a recent bike ride, and Guernsey's 'in action' below.

    Jersey currently sits top of the medal table, with a total of 32 including 14 golds. Guernsey are fourth also with 32 medals, 10 of which are gold.

    We said earlier that Laura Le Cras has one of every medal, well she now has two bronzes.

    Le Cras, Courtney Butcher, Robyn Le Friec and Tatiana Tostevin claimed the medal with third place in the Women's 4 x 50m Medley Relay.

  15. Bronze for Jersey in men's Cross Countrypublished at 19:19 British Summer Time 27 June 2017

    Jersey's team of cross country cyclists have put in a strong performance to claim a bronze, despite not getting any individual medal places.

    Their highest finisher was eight placed Rhys Hidrio.

    The rest of the bronze winning team are: Oliver Lowthorpe (14th), James Patterson (16th), James Dilks (19th), and Luc Monpetit-le brun (26th).

  16. Silver medal for Guernsey Cross Country teampublished at 19:14 British Summer Time 27 June 2017

    Guernsey's team of cross country cyclists, including gold medallist James Roe, have also won silver in the team event.

    Roe's fellow cyclists, from a field of 37 athletes were: Sam Culverwell (4th) , Michael Serafin (7th), Andrew Colver (15th), Bradley Vaudin (20th).

    The team were a place above Jersey, who claimed bronze.

    Guernsey's Laura Le Cras now has a full collection of Gotland 2017 medals.

    Her bronze in the Women's 200m Individual Medley has been added to a silver in the 400m Individual Medley and gold in the 4x50m Freestyle Relay.
