Councils are being encouraged to work smarter, do more for less and tap in to their revenue-generating potential to make money and "grab wealth".
Liz Roberts from the Sunday Politics West Midlands team spoke to Shropshire Council leader Keith Barrow, Janine Bridges from Stoke on Trent City Council, and Ian Briggs from the University of Birmingham on how they might achieve this.
