Welfare changes and benefit for pensioners

Pensioners have been relatively unscathed in welfare changes with the promise of person increases, and winter fuel payments continue to be made even to the better off.

Adam Fleming spoke to Conservative MP and author Chris Skidmore, and to Dot Gibson of the National Pensioners' Convention, about whether this was fair play - or whether older people are getting an advantage.
