Parental leave policies from Conservative and Lib Dems

On Friday, Nick Clegg is expected to give more details on the government's plans to increase the flexibility of parental leave.

David Thompson spoke to Conservative MP Brian Binley, Lib Dem Lorely Burt and Matthew Jaffa from the Federation of Small Businesses.
