Liberal Democrat conference: Clegg and coalition survey

Only a third of Lib Dem candidates for the general election have said they want Nick Clegg's photo on their election literature, a BBC survey has found.

Liberal Democrat Parliamentary candidates were polled by the Sunday Politics and ComRes on party priorities, with Eleanor Garnier reporting from a marginal North Yorkshire seat on the result.

That survey also showed that 44% backed a future coalition with Labour, with 14% wanting to carry on with the Conservatives.
