Tories: Energy cap will protect vulnerable people
The Conservative Party will vow to cap some energy prices in its election manifesto.
Business Secretary Greg Clark says that competition has not been efficient in the energy market.
He told the Today programme the cap is necessary to safeguard people who aren't able to find better deals online.
