Prison restaurants cut reoffending - Fred Sirieix
TV host Fred Sirieix said a scheme set up by his charity inside a north Wales prison is the best way to prevent prisoners from reoffending.
The Right Course charity helps rehabilitate prisoners by enabling them to earn qualifications for jobs in the hospitality industry when they come out of prison.
Sirieix highlighted the importance of having a job, a place to live, and keeping in touch with friends and family after offenders leave prison.
"The goal of sending people to prison is also to rehabilitate people and make sure they are ready to be released into society," he told Lucy Owen on BBC Radio Wales.
