Watch man cling to bonnet of car driving down road

A car was spotted on a major road in Cardiff with someone clinging to its bonnet.

It was caught on camera on the A48 by a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

The footage showed the figure in a grey top and dark trousers gripping onto the black vehicle.

Police called to the scene on the westbound carriageway approaching the University Hospital of Wales said the driver was arrested and was with officers.
