Storm Debby remnants flood cities across US East Coast
The Eastern US was hit with heavy rain, flooding and tornadoes after Storm Debby made its way north from Florida.
Video shows tornado damage in a North Carolina school and a collapsed street in Vermont.
Debby made landfall earlier this week on the Florida coast as a category one hurricane. At least five people were killed after the weather system slammed into Florida before weakening to a tropical storm.
