Children in care 'moved in bin bags'
Young people in care say they were made to feel "worthless" because they were forced to move their possessions in bin bags.
Often this meant treasured personal belongings such as photos of birth siblings, teddies and baby blankets were lost.
Care-experienced young people said they were given bin bags to pack with or had their stuff packed for them without permission.
The Welsh government said young people – and their belongings – should be treated with the “utmost respect”.
