Swinney expects change to 'poor' Westminster relations
The first minister has said he hopes engagement with Westminster can improve after a "very poor" five years.
John Swinney was speaking after talks with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer took place in Edinburgh.
Sir Keir has vowed to "reset" devolution relationships and Mr Swinney said that despite setting out "different views" on the constitution there is common ground in areas such as poverty and economic growth.
