Lifesaving assistance dog honoured by university
One special dog is not just man's best friend, but his lifesaver.
Chief has been by student Philippe De Alba Anguiano's side for the last two-and-a-half years, providing medical assistance.
The four-year-old German Shepherd can help prevent Philippe - who suffers from type 1 diabetes - from falling into a diabetic coma.
The pair have recently travelled to the UK from Mexico so Philippe can spend a term at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.
