'It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity'
Sisters Alice, Chloe and Lucy, aged seven, eight and nine, were each born with a hole in their heart.
The condition prevents them from doing some normal activities, but Heart Heroes, a charity in Gloucestershire, helps them do things they love like dancing and singing.
This year, the trio of keen singers have been selected to join the annual Children in Need Choir.
On Friday, they will take to the stage to perform in Salford for BBC TV.
