Wimbledon 2015: Best shots of Heather Watson's second-round win

British number one Heather Watson reached the third round at Wimbledon for the second time in her career with victory over Daniela Hantuchova.

Watson, the last British woman left in the main draw, had to deal with soaring temperatures on Court One on the hottest day at Wimbledon on record.

The 23-year-old won 6-4 6-2 in 81 minutes and will face five-time champion Serena Williams next.

"I've never played Serena before, so I'd love to play her," said Watson.

Earlier on Wednesday, Liam Broady's defeat left three Britons in the men's singles.

Andy Murray, Aljaz Bedene and James Ward will hope to copy Watson's progress when they play their second-round matches on Thursday.
