King Charles and Queen Camilla waved to the crowd as they entered St George's Chapel, to attend the Easter church service.

It's the first time King Charles has made a public appearance since it was announced that he is receiving treatment for cancer.

The King has carried out some Royal duties since his diagnosis was announced, but all so far taken place in private.

The Prince and Princess of Wales did not attend the ceremony, as Catherine is still having medical treatment.

The 75-year-old monarch was seen arriving at the church in a car with Queen Camilla.

A member of the crowd shouted "Happy Easter!", to which the King waved and responded: "And to you."

It is not yet known when King Charles or Princess Kate will return to their public duties or events such as Trooping the Colour in June.
