Superman spotted diving in Spain

We know Superman can fly, but this video shows he's a pretty talented diver too!

OK it's not actually superman, it's Michal Navratil from the Czech Republic.

He wowed crowds with his superhero dive at the end of a big diving competition in Spain on Wednesday.

He leapt from the 200 step-high tower and flew like... a really heavy rock. Ouch!

Michal finished fourth in the competition.
