Weightlifter Rebekah Tiler lifts Newsround presenter Ayshah
At just 15 years old, Rebekah Tiler is the youngest ever athlete to win gold at the British Weightlifting Championships.
Not only that - she's broken more than one hundred British records and she's preparing for the Commonwealth Games later this month.
She visited Newsround on Thursday - and made light work of lifting our presenter Ayshah!
