Sophie Hahn: 'I'm still in utter shock, it was amazing'

One of the rising stars of British sport, Sophie Hahn, has just got back from the IPC World Athletics Championships.

She enjoyed gold medal success, winning the Women's 100m T38 final and set a new world record.

Sophie has a condition called Cerebral palsy which affects muscle control and movement.
