How being rubbed in poo let spy camera blend in

This may look like a meerkat on first glance but it's actually an undercover spy camera used to film meerkats in their natural habitat.

The lifelike robot was made to look and move like a meerkat but there was just one problem, to be accepted by the group he had to smell like one too.
