Snow leopards no longer 'endangered'

The rare snow leopard is no longer an 'endangered' animal.

Instead it's now 'vulnerable', which means though their numbers are still low, and need to be kept an eye on, things are much better for the animal than they were before.

In the wild, snow leopards live in the mountains of central Asia.
