Brexit: What happens now the UK is separate from the EU?

Although adults in the UK voted to leave a group of countries called the European Union way back in June 2016 it has been a long and complicated path to actually leaving.

The UK has now officially finished the formal separation from the EU.

So what happens now and what does it all mean? Here's Political Correspondent Chris Mason to explain.
