International Space Station: Check out the amazing Northern Lights from space!

Check out this amazing footage of the Northern Lights as seen from the International Space Station.

The Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, are caused by solar winds meeting Earth's magnetic field.

The footage was taken by astronaut Thomas Pesquet, who has been documenting the green glow over the Northern hemisphere throughout the past month.

This is Thomas Pesquet's second mission to the ISS, and he will stay on board the space station until October.
