Keeper Martin Rice has rejoined National League South side Truro City after being released by Torquay United.

The 29-year-old made 122 appearances for the Cornish side in his previous three year spell with the club.

He played 35 times for Torquay last season in their first season since dropping out of the Football League.

Truro have also brought in former Gulls and Exeter City man Aaron Dawson, 23, who can play either at right-back or in midfield.

The new additions bring manager Steve Tully's squad up to 16 for the upcoming season, with a new striker still a priority.
