Buffalo refuse to go away as these two just keep slugging it out toe-to-toe, landing big shots after big shots and now we've got a tied game with just six minutes left to play.

    What. A. Game!

Third-and-goal, from the four, Josh Allen floats it inot the end zone but no good.

Bills going for it on fourth down...

Mack Hollins again! The king of fancy dress takes a diving 32-yard catch right at the goal line, just four yards short, as the big receiver again comes up trumps.

James Cook again! Taking a catch-and-run 23 yards down to the KC 38 after Josh Allen ran the bootleg on third-and-short. Probably should've run something like that a bit earlier...

I don't know what I'm watching. I saw a football touch the ground and it is ruled a catch. I saw one ref say Josh Allen crossed the line and they come back after replay and say no. It is mind boggling.

There's so much on the line, tens of millions of people watching. It's unbelievable. One official comes from one side, one from the other. Which overules which? It's bizarre.

    Patrick MahomesImage source, Getty Images

Patrick Mahomes turns into Jalen Hurts or indeed Josh Allen as he runs the option and keeps it, before tucking and running, head down into the end zone for a 10-yard touchdown run.

Just three rushing TDs for Mahomes in the regular but two tonight as the gloves come off with a Super Bowl place at stake!

Mahomes then hits Justin Watson for a two-point conversion to make it a seven-point lead.

Wow, that's so close. Whatever the call was, I don't think you can overturn it. Has the ball crossed the line, definitively?

  9. Big playpublished at 02:14 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

JuJu Smith-Schuster gets his second big catch of the night as he takes a dart from Patrick Mahomes over the middle and shakes off a tackle to go 29 yards and down to the Buffalo 23.

I thought he got to the marker, but the fact they didn't call it in the first place, that will be tricky to overturn.

  11. Turnover!published at 02:12 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

Buffalo Bills 22-21 Kansas City Chiefs

I mean, it's almost impossible to tell if Josh Allen got over the line or not but the refs say he's short so the Chiefs gain possession as the Bills turn it over on downs.

    Massive!

  12. First down or turnover?published at 02:09 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

Buffalo Bills 22-21 Kansas City Chiefs

Josh Allen goes for the tush push on fourth down, but he's turned around in the fight for the marker - did he get it? The TV officials will take a look and this is desperatelty close.

  13. Allen goes aerialpublished at 02:07 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

Buffalo Bills 22-21 Kansas City Chiefs

Josh Allen leaps up and over the pile on fourth-and-one - and although the Chiefs claim they've stolen the ball it's a mass pile of bodies and when the refs pull them all apart the Bills still have the ball.

    Just about...

  14. End of third quarterpublished at 02:03 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

Buffalo Bills 22-21 Kansas City Chiefs

It's fourth down and a yard and Buffalo will have a chat about it as we move into the fourth quarter. Will they run a play? Try and get Kansas City to jump offside?

    We'll see in a few moments - but it's a big call.

Ray Davis looks to have fumbled the ball on a run but he manages to just about keep hold - slight nervous moment there for Buffalo.

Josh Allen is then stopped short when trying to sneak a yard to move the chains.

  16. Let James Cook!published at 01:58 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

What an effort this was from James Cook to score the last touchdown!

The Bills aren't down by multiple scores, they don't have to worry about the clock, so I think James Cook will play a big role in the fourth quarter.

  18. Chief have to puntpublished at 01:56 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

Buffalo Bills 22-21 Kansas City Chiefs

It's all Buffalo now! The Chiefs forced to punt quickly as Patrick Mahomes looks to hit Hollywood Brown with a pass on third down - Brown though as gone out of bounds as he turns though so it wouldn't have stood even if he caught it.

Josh Allen quickly back on the field and they'll fancy another large dose of James Cook running the ball.

The wind is behind the Buffalo Bills right now. They just need to continue to sustain this and try and find ways to get Mahomes off the field.

What a weird drive. They ran the ball 12 times, threw it once. Things are looking more up for the Bills, but you don't have to tell any Chiefs opponent that until it says 0:00 on the clock, it isn't over. Kansas City can strike at any time.
