Momentum all with the Bills now after scoring just before half-time, then stopping the Chiefs and backing that up with a punishing touchdown drive to take the lead.

All on fine margins too - if James Cook's elbow hits the ground first then the Chiefs are still ahead and Buffalo are kicking themselves.

Josh Allen fakes the hand-off and again keeps it to barge forward inside the 10-yard line.

Josh Allen does keep it, everyone knew that, but stopping him is a different story as he takes a couple of big hits but he's big enough to keep chugging away and move the sticks.

Josh Allen is just a yard short on third down - but he stays on the field and they'll got for it on fourth down. Allen to keep it likely.

James Cook is a special player. He's got to get more touches than the four he had in the first half.

James Cook bursts away for a huge 33-yard gain on just the second play of the drive, having also plunged for five yards on the first one.

The Bills made some key tackles at key times. It looked like it would be a standard Chiefs drive, ending in a touchdown or a field goal. The key play of the drive was stopping Kareem Hunt and throwing him backwards.

Huge play by Matt Milano as he comes up and tackles Patrick Mahomes in the open for a loss of four yards. That also takes the Chiefs out of field goal range so they have to punt.

Again the Chiefs were rolling but that stop is a massive one from the Bills as Kansas City come up empty handed.

Patrick Mahomes hangs around too long in the pocket, which then collapses and he throws a dangerous ball down the middle, which is even more dangerous when JuJu Smith-Schuster tips it into the air, but the ball drops to the ground.

Hollywood Brown with another big catch and a 16-yard gain on third-and-three. There's a grab of the facemask of Brown as he finishes the run but that one's not called.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott speaking to CBS Sports: "We have to win first down and create more havoc up front with our front four."

On losing Christian Benford to a concussion: "We put Kaiir [Elam] in there and they went after him a little bit but he is going to step up for us here."

Pass interference call on Kaiir Elam as he hangs on just a touch too long - just a four-yard penalty but Elam is struggling a bit here.

Kareem Hunt is smashed four yards behind the line of scrimmage but he keeps those legs pumping and turns that loss into a gain of a couple - with a little help from his friends.

I think Buffalo needs to play a lot better, they should consider themselves fortunate to only be five points down at half-time. Kansas City has been the better team. You need a crisper Josh Allen and they need to make plays on defence.
