Winning a Super Bowl is tough, but such is the business side of the NFL and the Draft once you've climbed to the top of the mountain, staying there is even tougher.

We've had just eight back-to-back winners of the Super Bowl, and none of those have managed to get back to the big game - with just three getting to this stage.

So the Kansas City Chiefs are a game away from doing something even the great Tom Brady and the Patriots dynasty never managed - and other dominant teams like the 49ers, Cowboys, Steelers and Packer back in the day.

The Bills and Chiefs served up probably the best play-off game the NFL has ever seen - including an amazing conclusion in the last 13 seconds of the game.

We'd love more of this in the late game this evening!

Saquon Barkley doesn't look like he wants anyone getting near that ball. Safe hands.

Stopping Barkley will be key for Washington tonight as he rushed for 296 yards and four TDs in two games against the Commanders this season.

The Washington Commanders' rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels is on the verge of NFL history and BBC columnist Phoebe Schecter explained to us last week how virtual reality helped him do it.

How do the Commanders beat the Eagles? - Efe Obada on how his side win on Sunday

British defensive end Ebe Obada, who is on Washington's practice squad, on Philadelphia: "They're a great team, a great outfit. They have a great running game, great quarterback and a huge offence. It's just going to come down to who plays the best on the day."

Asked how the Commanders stop Saquon Barkley, he added: "Saquon is a once-in-a-lifetime running back. He doesn't go away. You have to have gap integrity. You have to make sure you play sound football all four quarters because he has the ability to score touchdowns on every touch, so you have to eliminate that and make them a one-dimensional team.

"We've got to get rid of that running game and force that quarterback to make throws and, as a defensive lineman, that's our dream because we want to get after that quarterback, hit him and rattle him and hopefully force picks or sack fumbles and get the ball back for our offence."

Speaking to Efe Obada back in June, before Jayden Daniels had even had an NFL snap, he said that Washington's rookie quarterback "is unreal. He's so relaxed, so poised".

He was confident the 24-year-old was ready to lead the team as Efe 'prides himself' on being one of the first players at the training facility - and Daniels kept beating him in!

But Washington's turn-around is not just down to Daniels. They also brought in seasoned veterans such as linebacker Bobby Wagner, running back Austin Ekeler and tight end Zach Ertz, with Obada saying their roster is now "like the Avengers".

And referring to former BBC pundit Osi Umenyiora, a two-time Super Bowl winner, Obada added: "Reaching the Super Bowl is the goal. If I can do that then at least I can rub it in Osi's face!"

They're now one game away and Daniels is sure to sweep up the rookie of the year honours.

I may have to ask Efe for the lottery numbers!
