  2. Williams' 'ability to learn' is what sets him apartpublished at 18:17 British Summer Time 13 October

FT: Jacksonville Jaguars 16-35 Chicago Bears

Asked what sets Caleb Williams apart from other rookie quarterbacks, Bears coach Matt Eberflus said: "His ability to learn and grow, and want to get better. This year's a big year for him.

"He's always been good enough, but he's learning the game, our offence and their skillsets, so that we can really expand our offence during the course of the season. After six games, I think we're in a good spot."

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson: "We all need to be better.

"I feel for the players, we work too hard to be in this position.

"The guys, they don't quit, they keep fighting.

"We have to figure out how to get out of our own way and just play football, it sounds easy but it's a tough game to play."

  4. Jaguars season done?published at 18:10 British Summer Time 13 October

At 1-5 you have to say that is probably that for Jacksonville's play-off chances already, although anything can happen in the NFL - and usually does!

They are rock bottom of the AFC as it stands though ahead of the rest of Sunday's games back in the USA, and it would take something special to rescue their season from here.

First things first, they need to beat the New England Patriots at Wembley next week.

  5. How far can the Bears go?published at 17:57 British Summer Time 13 October

The Bears have only had one winning season in the last 11 campaigns, with their last in 2018, but at 4-2 and with talent all around the squad hopes are high they can make it back to the play-offs this season.

The big problem? Well that's the fact they play in the NFC North which looks like the strongest division in the entire NFL - meaning they have to play two games each against the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers and the currently unbeaten Minnesota Vikings.

If you put them in any other division their play-off chances would get a boost, but getting much change out of those three sides will be tough.

  6. 'Williams a special talent and person' - Kmetpublished at 17:52 British Summer Time 13 October

Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet, speaking on the field after scoring two touchdowns against Jacksonville Jaguars:

"I think his [Caleb Williams] confidence week to week is growing.

"He's a special talent and a special person and I'm excited to see where this goes."

On the Bears' defence: "They've been unbelievable. Just a special unit.

"It feels great, we've put ourselves in a great position.

"We've definitely got a hard stretch coming up in our division games. There's a long way to go."

The Chicago Bears will always have a chance with the defence they've got at Soldier Field - which kept their opponents to 21 points or less for the 12th straight game.

Another two turnovers as well today - they were third in the league in those before the game and they showed again how much they buzz around the football.

You know you're not having an easy game coming up against this unit.

  8. What next for the Jags?published at 17:44 British Summer Time 13 October

FT: Jacksonville Jaguars 16-35 Chicago Bears

Robert Saleh was sacked after the New York Jets lost last week, and Doug Pederson will be feeling the pressure after this result.

The Jags play at Wembley next week against the New England Patriots, and if they lose that one then Pederson could be in really big trouble.

Trevor Lawrence showed spirit, but big drops from his receivers did not help, along with some silly penalties on crucial third downs.

Not much you can do about them as a head coach but the blame always lies at your door.

He had a tough start, but Caleb Williams is showing just why the Chicago Bears selected him with the number one overall pick of the NFL Draft.

Still just 22, Williams showed some really good NFL ability today, that one interception excluded, with some poise and decision-making to go along with the obvious arm talent and scrambling ability.

Williams is in an unusual spot as first picks usually go to bad teams, but Chicago have built a talented side around him in both the passing and running game - and then there's that defence!

The Bears have gone all-in, and at 4-2 now they've got their sights set on the play-offs.

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, speaking on the field after throwing four touchdowns in the win over Jacksonville Jaguars:

"It felt great, obviously we've got to keep getting better and I can't turn the ball over like that with a wide open touchdown to DJ Moore.

"There were a few things going on throughout the game that I've got to be better at, but the progress we've had is going to keep growing. We have great leaders and great personalities in this team.

"A bunch of guys contributed throughout the whole game, and then the offensive line to be able to do what they do, I'll always have love for the big guys and how they protect us. We wouldn't have this type of game without them."

It was an honour [to watch Caleb William], he was on point.

We know he is talented, as a rookie you struggle at times, but it's all about making it happen.

He's making things look really easy and simple and that's because of his command of this offence.

    Jacksonville Jaguars 16-35 Chicago Bears

That's the game! Caleb Williams with a real coming out party in Tottenham with 226 yards passing, four TDs and another 56 yards rushing as well.

It's a comfortable victory that takes the Chicago Bears to 4-2 as they enter their bye week in great spirits, before some tasty games coming up.

Massive problems for the Jacksonville Jaguars though, who have a week in London to try and figure things out before facing the New England Patriots at Wembley next week.

We are on Trevor Lawrence a lot, we expect a lot from him, but this guy has arm talent.

[After all of the drops from receivers] did he show any signs of frustration?

I'd play for a guy like Trevor Lawrence, because when I make a mistake I don't want you looking at me. Every camera is on you - who are you looking at, who are you pointing at? He's not pointing any fingers.
