Kansas City Chiefs 13-21 Buffalo Bills

It's so hard to stop this Buffalo offence and so hard to get hold of Josh Allen - even here when the play breaks down and the Chiefs pass rushers break through, he's too big, too strong and too fast so escapes to just throw the ball away.

It does bring up third down though.

  2. First downpublished at 23:12 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 13-21 Buffalo Bills

A rare designed run for Josh Allen, who shows as if he's handing it off but keeps it and charges right up the middle through a huge hole to move the chains and pick up a fresh set of downs.

  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 23:09 GMT 2 November

New Orleans Saints 10-27 Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford threw for five touchdowns in his last game, he now has four tonight.

Davante Adams with his second TD grab of the night, a four-yard pass after a near perfect Rams drive.

They went 80 yards, eight passes, seven rushes and it results in a touchdown that makes it a three-score lead.

  4. Three-and-outpublished at 23:07 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 13-21 Buffalo Bills

Poor start to the half for KC as they have to punt after a quick three-and-out mainly thanks to Cole Bishop being everywhere for the Bills and making a big tackle before batting away a pass attempt from Patrick Mahomes.

It's still early but that quick stand by the Bills defence could be huge.

The NFL once again delivering bucketloads of absolute insanity! Mike Crew, Bristol

What a game!!!! 8 lead changes and drama you couldn't write!! Go Bears Steve, Suffolk

  6. Back in actionpublished at 23:06 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 13-21 Buffalo Bills

The second half starts in Buffalo with the Chiefs on the ball. Travis Kelce takes in a short catch on the first play despite taking a big hit at the end of the first half.

  7. field goal

This is not a great game but the field goals keep coming.

Daniel Carson, who missed an extra point earlier, from 24 yards this time.

A No Punt Intended special with former Kansas City Chiefs punter Dustin Colquitt.

We've seen a record kick made in the NFL tonight.

But how far do you think Harry Kane could kick a field goal from? The England striker fanices himself as a kicker in the NFL in the future....

  9. HT: Bills lead in Buffalopublished at 22:56 GMT 2 November

Buffalo lead at half-time after largely dominating in the trenches and in the run game, with just that late flash from Patrick Mahomes getting KC a bonus three points after getting the ball back with just 90 seconds left.

The Chiefs get the ball first in the second half though so will look to score and reduce the gape even further, but after allowing 246 total yards of Buffalo offence they really need to slow down Josh Allen to stand a chance.

Cam Little boots another one as the Jags' first drive of the second half results in a field goal. This one from just 33 yards. Meh.

The Bills hold firm despite the Chiefs running three plays from the one-yard line - if only the Chiefs had a tush push in the playbook eh?

Harrison Butker chips over a field goal to at least add three points but that's a big win for the home defence.

Patrick Mahomes did have Travis Kelce wide open down the middle on second down but he didn't see him, and when he did target him on third down the ball was just behind him.

  12. Wow!published at 22:44 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 10-21 Buffalo Bills

Patrick Mahomes hits Travis Kelce down the middle and then launches a 40-yard bomb to Holly Brown who is brought down just a yard short of the end zone!

Can the Chiefs punch it in? They've only got 20 seconds left...

Well, it's not the tush push they run in Philly but it's pretty close, and it's successful here as Josh Allen gets pushed over the line for the touchdown.

Allen is actually stopped at the line but full-back Reggie Gilliam grabs him by the waist, spins him around and pushes him just far enough to get over the line for the score.

Is it pretty? Nope, it's not a great play at all but if it works....

  15. Another big playpublished at 22:36 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 10-14 Buffalo Bills

The Bills don't have star receivers but Josh Allen loves his tight ends, with Dawson Knox this time grabbing a 30-yard pass down the right sideline before being pushed out at the three.

Surely a Bills touchdown coming up....

  16. touchdown

Touchdown - Saintspublished at 22:33 GMT 2 November

New Orleans Saints 10-20 Los Angeles Rams

Now here is some spark from the Saints.

Tyler Shough is making his first start for New Orleans at quarterback today and the 2025 second-round draft pick drills it to Juwan Johnson from 11 yards for his first NFL touchdown.

  17. field goal

Field goal - Jaguars (WOW!)published at 22:29 GMT 2 November

Jacksonville Jaguars 3-6 Las Vegas Raiders

Cam Little take a bow. That's an NFL record 68-yard field goal! Amazing.

The Raiders scored that Bowers touchdown with only 28 seconds of the half left, but Trevor Lawrence still managed to get his team within field-goal range... kind of.

Little made it look easy, beating Justin Tucker's record of 66 yards from 2021.

  18. Chiefs stopped!published at 22:29 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 10-14 Buffalo Bills

Just like the Chiefs did earlier, this time the Bills defence comes up with the fourth-down stop as Patrick Mahomes sees his pass broken up and that gives Buffalo the ball around midfield.

Great field position then for the hosts to try and build on their lead.

  19. Sunday's big early storylinespublished at 22:27 GMT 2 November

Tonight's early round of games was a cracker and here are some of the big talking points.

Indy's 8-1 bid falls flat in Pittsburgh

The Colts had the NFL's best record this season and were looking like Super Bowl contenders ahead of the game, but they were dominated by Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers tonight, who won 27-20.

Colts quarterback Daniel Jones, who has been so impressive this season, turned the ball over five times tonight with two lost fumbles and three interceptions as the Steelers defence dominated.

Jones was also sacked five times as well.

    Fourth-quarter magic saves Broncos

Denver lead a competitive AFC West but for most of the night they trailed to an impressive Texans defence.

Houston lost QB CJ Stroud to concussion protocol after a late hit but back-up Davis Mills led his side to a 15-7 fourth-quarter lead.

But 11 straight points - including a last-second Will Lutz field goal - sent the Broncos to a 7-2 record.

NFC North blown wide open after Bears win 89-point thriller

The NFC North is one of the closest divisions in football.

The Vikings (4-4) pulled off a shock 27-24 win against Detroit (5-3).

The Packers (5-1-2) suffered a shock 16-13 loss against Carolina.

But the Bears (4-4) put in the performance of the night, trading leads numerous times with the Bengals before a 58-yard Colston Loveland touchdown with 25 seconds left made it a 47-42 win.

Get the popcorn out for the rest of the season!
