  1. touchdown

Touchdown - Billspublished at 21:37 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs 0-7 Buffalo Bills

Great start for Buffalo in our big game of the night as Josh Allen hits tight end Dalton Kincaid for a 23-yard touchdown after a powerful opening drive - an opening statement of intent!

After a penalty the Bills then had to go 84 yards to score, which they managed in 11 plays and chewed up seven minutes of the clock - keeping KC's defence on the field and Patrick Mahomes off it.

    A perfect start.

  2. FT: Broncos win it at the deathpublished at 21:35 GMT 2 November

    Denver Broncos 18-15 Houston Texans

The Denver Broncos love the fourth quarter, with 11 points in the final 15 minutes completing a great comeback against a top defence in Houston.

Bo Nix threw two touchdowns, including one in the fourth quarter before leading a late drive that ended with Wil Lutz booting the winner as time expired.

Houston lost quarterback CJ Stroud to concussion but their defence was stellar all game - with only Nix's late heroics finally unlocking them right at the death to send the Broncos to 7-2.

  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Bengals give themselves hopepublished at 21:34 GMT 2 November

    Chicago Bears 41-35 Cincinnati Bengals

The Bears have to punt so the Bengals get it back with just over two minutes remaining and 14 points adrift. Would take something special to salvage it from here.

But Joe Flacco is going for it, making big plays to Ja'Marr Chase and Andrei Iosivas, followed by a 23-yard pass down the middle for a Noah Fant touchdown. Flacco then hits Tee Higgins for a two-point conversion.

Now that was efficient - four plays for 55 yards in 32 seconds. Game on?

  4. FT: Steelers shock in-form Coltspublished at 21:30 GMT 2 November

    Indianapolis Colts 20-27 Pittsburgh Steelers

    SteelersImage source, Getty Images

The Colts came apart in Pittsburgh with Daniel Jones looking more like the much-maligned quarterback we saw in New York than the superstar he's been this season in Indy.

Three interceptions and two lost fumbles from Jones and those turnovers are just impossible to overcome against a Pittsburgh defence that was right on top of its game tonight.

Even Jonathan Taylor was bottled up with just 45 yards rushing - and while Aaron Rodgers threw just one touchdown and Pittsburgh only mustered 38 rushing yards themselves, the defence was the key to this upset victory.

  5. Turnover - Bears pick-six chalked offpublished at 21:28 GMT 2 November

    Chicago Bears 41-27 Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Flacco leads the Bengals downfield, all the way to Chicago's five-yard line, where he goes for Chase Brown. But linebacker Tremaine Edmunds picks it off as sets off, taking it all the way to the Bengals' end zone.

The pick-six is chalked off though as the officials rule Edmunds was down by contact right back at the other end.

  6. field goal

Field goal - Broncos win!published at 21:24 GMT 2 November

    Denver Broncos 18-15 Houston Texans

Wil Lutz does it! He converts from 34 yards out after another Bo Nix run and that makes it 11 points in the fourth quarter to complete a fine comeback win against the best defence in football.

These Broncos never know when they're beaten!

  7. Nix takes off!published at 21:22 GMT 2 November

    Denver Broncos 15-15 Houston Texans

Bo Nix escapes the pass rush and flies up the field on a 25-yard scramble that puts Denver right in business and as Denver then get inside the 30 they'll get a chance to kick a winner as the clock dips under the final 30 seconds of the game.

  8. touchdown

Touchdown - Moore scores for Bearspublished at 21:22 GMT 2 November

    Chicago Bears 41-27 Cincinnati Bengals

The Bears reply with a huge run by Kyle Monangai, before Caleb Williams tosses it to DJ Moore and he sets off towards the pylon.

The officials say Moore fumbled as he was tackled out of bounds a yard short and the Bengals challenge the ruling. Yet the play is reversed as the replay shows the ball actually crossed the goal-line so it's a touchdown for the Bears.

  9. touchdown

Touchdown - Ramspublished at 21:19 GMT 2 November

New Orleans Saints 0-7 Los Angeles Rams

First touchdown from the late slate of games on the board as Matthew Stafford finds Tyler Higbee with a one-yard pass.

Impressive first drive from Stafford - eight passes, eight completions, 72 yards, one touchdown.

  10. field goal

Field goal - Coltspublished at 21:18 GMT 2 November

    Indianapolis Colts 20-27 Pittsburgh Steelers

Michael Badgley converts from 53 yards but the Colts will need to grab the onside kick with just 10 seconds left to even have a sniff of victory here.

  11. Bengals miss field goalpublished at 21:17 GMT 2 November

    Chicago Bears 34-27 Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati have to go for a field goal from 54 yards but Evan McPherson's effort hasn't quite got enough legs and it drops just short.

It's the time that 13-play drive took off the clock which really hurts the Bengals, though, as it ate up more than six minutes.

  12. Coming up...published at 21:15 GMT 2 November

Kansas City Chiefs @ Buffalo Bills (21:25 GMT)

    Media caption,

Patrick Mahomes helps the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Buffalo Bills in all-time classic

Patrick Mahomes versus Josh Allen is always worth a watch as it usually comes down to whoever has the ball last has the chance to win the game.

It's never boring when these two get it on, but who'll emerge victorious tonight?

    We'll find out soon...

  13. Denver trying to pinch itpublished at 21:13 GMT 2 November

    Denver Broncos 15-15 Houston Texans

So here we go, just inside two minutes and Denver have the ball, Bo Nix trying to get his side within field goal range to try and pinch the win.

But he faces a third down on halfway...

  14. Trading turnovers!published at 21:09 GMT 2 November

    Indianapolis Colts 17-27 Pittsburgh Steelers

Ouch, this is tough viewing for Colts fans in particular, as Pittsburgh cough up possession with a fumble just as they're looking to ice the game.

That gives Indianapolis a great chance to force a tense ending to the game, but just three plays later Daniel Jones throws his third interception of the game!

That should be that now really.

  15. field goal

Field goal - Panthers win as time expirespublished at 21:09 GMT 2 November

FT: Carolina Panthers 16-13 Green Bay Packers

Carolina have 2:32 left to get into position to go for the win and Bryce Young makes a couple of completions before Rico Dowdle's 19-yard run puts the Panthers in field-goal range.

Can they really come up to Green Bay and beat the NFC's leading team? Ryan Fitzgerald missed an extra point earlier, it's fairly windy at Lambeau.

But he steps up, wellies it from 49 yards, and it has just enough on it to get over the crossbar and give the Panthers a last-gasp victory.

Steelers beating the Colts isn't a shock...Colts have had an easy schedule. Simon, Preston

  17. FT: San Francisco stroll in New Yorkpublished at 21:06 GMT 2 November

San Francisco 49ers 34-24 New York Giants

San Francisco 49ersImage source, Getty Images

An entertaining game in New York where Jaxson Dart showed more of the heart and skill that should make him the face of the Giants franchise, but they're not there yet as they were outgunned by the 49ers.

Mac Jones lost a fumble but was otherwise excellent with 235 yards passing and two touchdowns - but Christian McCaffrey was the star of the show 173 total yards and two touchdowns.

That's now a 6-3 record for the 49ers even without starting quarterback Brock Purdy, and they look every inch a play-off team even though they've got a touch NFC West to contend with.

  18. Lions' field goal blockedpublished at 21:03 GMT 2 November

    Minnesota Vikings 24-17 Detroit Lions

The Lions look set for another field goal, then Jake Bates' kick from 45 yards is not only blocked but Vikings cornerback Isaiah Rodgers recovers it and runs it back 41 yards before being pushed out of bounds.

  19. touchdown

Touchdown - Colts, but too late?published at 21:00 GMT 2 November

    Indianapolis Colts 17-27 Pittsburgh Steelers

Josh Downs sprints out to the right and jumps to bring in a four-yard touchdown pass from Daniel Jones after what was a lightning quickl drive that covered 76 yards in just nine plays and two minutes and 21 seconds.

Is it too little too late though?

  20. FT: Chargers 6-3 after tight winpublished at 20:58 GMT 2 November

Los Angeles Chargers 27-20 Tennessee Titans

    La ChargersImage source, Getty Images

The Titans defence did its best to keep this one interesting, with an early pick six and a Chimere Dike punt return for a TD. They also sacked Justin Herbert six times.

But Cam Ward's struggles as a rookie QB continue - he failed to throw a touchdown again tonight while opposite number Herbert had two through the air and one with his legs.

It was far from a smooth performance but the Chargers keep pace with the Broncos at the top of the AFC West at 6-3 while Tennessee are 1-8.
