Derry manager Brian McIver waits for 'real test' to begin

Derry manager Brian McIver says the 'real test' for his squad will begin with the 25 May Ulster SFC quarter-final match against Donegal.

McIver led his side to the Football League Division One final, in which they were beaten by Dublin on Sunday.

"We did not perform as well as we would have liked while Donegal didn't do themselves justice in the Championship last year, so both sides have a lot to prove," said the ex-Donegal boss and Down assistant.
