NI golfer Stephanie Meadow ready for professional debut at US Open
Northern Ireland-born golfer Stephanie Meadow describes the prospect of making her professional debut at the US Open at Pinehurst a week after the men's tournament as "priceless".
Meadow left Northern Ireland with her parents Robert and Louise at the age of 14 to pursue a golfing career and completed a four-year scholarship at the University of Alabama.
She says that former world number one Rory McIlroy has been "very supportive" throughout her years in the amateur ranks and has offered her some advice on how to play the Pinehurst course this week.
