British MotoGP - Jorge Lorenzo delights in 'fantastic' victory

Jorge Lorenzo says he "could not have asked for more" after his "fantastic" British MotoGP victory extends his lead at the top of the rider's standings to 25 points.

The Spaniard started fourth and fought through the field before taking the lead from Casey Stoner, the reigning world champion coming home in second place.

Stoner states his bike felt "horrible" during the race, while his Honda team-mate Dani Pedrosa says it is a "shame" he could only manage third place, feeling Yamaha's Lorenzo is just "too fast" for them at the moment.
