Marsh st Buttler b Livingstone 35 (Aus 139-3)
Gone!
It's a weird one, as Buttler barely celebrates, it's a very half-hearted appeal.
He actually misses the first attempt with Marsh well out of his ground, but the batter doesn't shuffle back quickly enough so Buttler gets him second time around.
Smart work and an important wicket.
It's going pretty well.
Is Mitch Marsh stumped?
Here's Liam Livingstone.
This could go one way or the other.
Chris Jordan attempts another wide yorker but Maxwell threads it past point for four more.
He then gifts Marsh an extra ball by bowling a wide, and of course, Marsh whacks it through the covers.
That over has swung things well and truly back in Australia's favour. 18 from it. They're well set for a score of 200 plus.

I don't even know where to start. How on earth did he get that there?
Somehow, Glenn Maxwell slices a good length ball over deep third for six.
Outrageous.

Chris Jordan is a very important player for England, and his wealth of experience means that he is one of Buttler's most trusted men out there.
Ha, what on earth has happened there?
Maxwell shuffles across to off stump so Chris Jordan sends it wider. The batter somehow gets into position to sweep, chips it up in the air but Jonny Bairstow can't get there from square leg.

Rum punch anyone?
Great response.
Wood bowls three dots to Maxwell, which is a pretty impressive feat in itself.

Great start by the Australians. The England bowlers were incredibly poor against Scotland and have continued in that vain today. No left armer? Very strange decision. Could be a very short defence of their title unless they adapt…and quick.

Glenn Maxwell breaks the shackles with an agricultural club through mid-wicket for four.
Spoils Mark Wood's good start to the over.
Anyone else getting quite concerned about how much these broken solar panels are going to cost?
It was the first pace-on delivery that Jofra Archer had bowled in the over up until then, and the gamble cost him.
He's bowling his slower variations brilliantly. Australia's seamers will be watching closely.

That was a just a flick and a casual bit of timing but it soared over the leg side.
As casual as you like.
Jofra Archer bowls a good length, straight, but Mitchell Marsh flicks it effortlessly for six over mid-wicket.
That is absurd.

The powerplay was absolutely savage, Travis Head just picked up from his IPL form. He and Warner were hitting sixes at ease, a way we haven't seen anyone else manage on these surfaces yet.
But, it's been a lot harder for the new batters coming in to start their innings.
It's good to have him back, isn't it?
Wisely, Chris Jordan has gone to his death bowling early.
He bowls very full and straight, just five singles come from the over.
England are just wrestling back a little bit of control.
