A single off Chris Jordan brings up Australia's hundred.

But, boundaries have dried up since the end of the powerplay.

That is out of the ground off the solar panels. That is £60 more for the ICC.

    Oh, absolute pie.

Adil Rashid drops one way too short and Glenn Maxwell breaks another solar panel.

But, they're not going to let Adil Rashid settle.

Glenn Maxwell sweeps for a one-bounce four.

How come that all the commentators can see it. Scream to go pace off from over 1. And yet Buttler and Mott can't see it. They are both so so out of their depth. But we will have to go out of another tournament in the group stages for any chance of them being moved on. Painful era of short-form cricket for England needs to be brought to an end.

Considering that the first five overs cost 70, I'm going to take this as a recovery.

Bravo, Mark Wood. 22 off his first over, three from his second.

I thought it was inevitable that Reece Topley would play this game because of the movement he gets and that fits with this ground. I thought it would be a potent threat for England having not looked dangerous with the new ball against Scotland.

  9. Aus 83-2published at 7.3 overs

Good response from Mark Wood after his first over was taken apart.

Just one from the first three.

Here's David Warner hitting three sixes in an over.

Who doesn't want to watch that?

  11. Aus 82-2published at 7 overs

Good response from Adil Rashid. Just two runs from the remaining three balls.

  12. Aus 79-2published at 6.3 overs

A well-timed sweep from Mitchell Marsh brings the skipper his first boundary.

  13. Aus 75-2published at 6.1 overs

    As predicted, here's Adil Rashid.

Sweet Caroline at the end of the powerplay...

    England desperately needed those wickets.

It feels a mistake that England didn't go with the left-arm seamer in Reece Topley. That isn't just on Jos Buttler, though.

  16. Aus 74-2published at 6 overs

Welcome, Glenn! Jofra Archer whizzes one past his nose to greet him.

It's still Australia's powerplay, but with the openers gone, England have an opening.

The squeeze has to come from England now but Glenn Maxwell is walking out.

    Eeeek.

That was the fourth slower ball of Jofra Archer's over. He's recognised that the batters wanted the pace.

This is really the moment where the England bowlers need to squeeze and put the pressure on these two new Australia batters.

  19. wicket

    Head b Archer 34 (Aus 74-2)

The stumps are splattered! Jofra Archer with the perfect response.

It's a slower ball but nevertheless, middle stump is almost out of the ground, because it's Jofra.

Travis Head goes for a big heave, completely loses his shape and departs for an entertaining 34 from 18 balls.

  20. Aus 74-1published at 5.3 overs

But Travis Head just keeps going. Four more, slashed past point.
