On TV, they've just shown a fabulous side-on view of Joe Root's defensive stroke which opened the over. Head bowed, toes pointed down ballet-style as he jumps backwards. Lovely stuff.

However, Harry Brook steals the show with a picture-perfect drive down the ground for four.

    Harry Brook dropped on four!

It's a very tough chance at backward point - the ball was flashed at Roston Chase - but it was a chance all the same.

The West Indies have a breakthrough. Excellent catch at cover to end Ben Duckett's innings. Roston Chase built up some good pressure there.

Simple strike rotation brings up England's 150.

They need fewer than 100 runs to win and their run rate is above 10 an over. This could be over quite swiftly.

Make that three boundaries in a row from Ben Duckett. He's toying with West Indies' fielders.

Ben Duckett has started to motor on now. He didn't really get time on the strike when Jamie Smith was out there but you can tell that he's really in the mood now.

@ 19.18 - It's only getting carried away if Smith's aim was to get a century. If, instead, he realised he'd built enough of a score to bat freely, knowing who's coming in behind him, maybe going ultra aggressive was the best game management he could do!

My arrival prompts a bowling change, with Roston Chase entering the bowling attack.

He concedes just four runs and completes the first over without a boundary since the eighth over.

This England batting line-up just looks so self assured, there's so much confidence.

There was a couple of shaky shots from Jamie Smith to start off with but once he found his groove he was untouchable.

It's definitely all England at the moment. It started with Jamie Smith doing what he does playing strong shots around the ground. Ben Duckett has carried it on, Joe Root is just ticking over and finding the boundary when it's available.

    Thanks Matt.

I've been side-tracked by the IPL since the rain delay so what have I missed?

Carbonara... Pigeons... Jamie Smith biffing it about... Right, I'm caught up.

England need 119 runs from 29 overs to sweep the series.

It's frustrating for the bowlers, especially when you have that left hand right hand combination. It makes it really difficult to just pin them down.
