  3. For a long time, that looked like being Pakistan's session but Rehan Ahmed came on and changed all of that.

    With an extended lunch break ahead of us prior to the afternoon session, it's time to bring in our very own game-changer. Here's Matthew Henry.

    England are by far in a better position but saying that, the Pakistan batters have more to give.

    Rehan Ahmed has been super impressive this morning.

    Trail by 80

    The end of an extended morning session in Rawalpindi and no doubt who the star of it has been.

    Rehan Ahmed's three wickets - added to the one from Shoaib Bashir early on - have put England in a strong position in this series-deciding third Test.

    They need another three wickets after this hour-long lunch break to wrap up the Pakistan innings and look well placed to earn a lead on first innings.

    A bit of a loopy delivery from Rehan Ahmed, trying to pick up a quick wicket before lunch.

    Last over before lunch but Noman Ali sees the ball tossed up by Rehan Ahmed and goes after it.

    A good, strong hit over mid-on for four. A hint at what we can expect in the afternoon session, perhaps.

    Three singles from Shoaib Bashir's over with Saud Shakeel keeping strike as he rushes through for a quick one to end it.

    Time for one more over before lunch. Can Rehan Ahmed sign off his exceptional morning with a fourth wicket?

    Maiden over from Rehan Ahmed as he tries to work over Noman Ali, starting round the wicket before switching back to over.

    Survival seems to be the only thing in Noman's mind so close to lunch as he dead-bats five of the six deliveries. The other was a drive to a fuller ball but hit straight to mid-on.

    India have been bowled out for 156 in Pune which means New Zealand take a very handy lead of 103 on first innings.

    Mitchell Santner finished with 7-53 to give him his first five-wicket haul in Tests. Ravindra Jadeja was the highest scorer with 38.

    On a turning pitch, India now have a massive task on their hands on their hands to avoid defeat.

    If they lose, their unbeaten run in home series, which stretches back 18 series to 2012-13, would be over.

    Good over from Shoaib Bashir.

    Just a couple from it and now it's Rehan Ahmed time again.

    I have to say there are few things I enjoy more than watching a leggie bowl when they've got their tail up as Ahmed most certainly does now.

    He bowled very well in his first spell this morning.

    England are now taking a grip on this Test match.

    Aamer Jamal had looked all at sea against the England leg-spinner and he's done by the googly.

    The ball came back sharply as Jamal tentatively pushed at it, hit the batter's gloves and bounced back onto the stumps.

    No more than Ahmed deserves. He's put England in a superb position as lunch approaches.

    Another good 'un from Jack Leach to beat Aamer Jamal.

    He draws the right-hander forward and this time there is a bit of bounce to go with the turn.

    Comfortably beats the forward press of Jamal. Doing too much there.

    England are desperate to finish off this innings as quick as they can.

    It would be an interesting game if Pakistan could reach England's score.

    Rehan Ahmed is still causing plenty of problems for the Pakistan batters.

    Even the set Saud Shakeel doesn't look entirely comfortable against him as he skips down, has a swipe and gets a thick outside edge that only just goes over the head of Ben Stokes at slip.

    It has been a mightily impressive spell from the 20-year-old England man.
