That accolade goes to Daryn Dupavillon as he is smashed up in the air to long off and it will now be lunch immaculately timed one minute early at 12.59pm.

Eight fours and three sixes for the big Aussie to add to his first innings wickets.

  6. Lunch at Canterburypublished at 13:02 27 May

    Kent 394 & 64-5 v Essex 591-7 dec

Simon Harmer is actually fielding on his knees at second slip as Joe Denly plays out a maiden from Matt Critchley to end the morning session at the Spitfire Ground.

Kent need another 133 to avoid an innings defeat. Joe Denly is 11 not out and Joey Evison has four.

Tidy stuff from George Hill as he opens up with a maiden to Emilio Gay.

Two more from Ricardo Vasconcelos off Vishwa Fernando and then a single brings Gay back on strike.

Fernando invites Gay to drive and he does - uppishly and not totally convincingly for two.

Why would you try that in this situation?

Harry Finch, after just a few minutes at the crease, tries to reverse sweep a ball from Simon Harmer which is too full for the shot.

Finch is well outside off stump and doesn't like the decision, but he is on his way.

Northamptonshire will need 326 to win.

    Ben Watts
    BBC Radio Kent

It's the first time Daniel Bell-Drummond hasn't past 50 in one of the innings of a match this season.

It feels like this day four wicket is finally starting to misbehave having been flat and slow and very much in favour of the batters for the majority of the game.

Simon Harmer and Matt Critchley are starting to find some joy.

  19. Glos reach 500published at 12:38 27 May

    Glos 501-9 v Derbs 526

Ajeet Singh-Dale plays his trademark clip for three off Zak Chappell through mid-wicket to get off the mark and earn the home side's 500.

He was falling over as he played it wristily, but nicely timed, and maybe Webster may trust him more after that shot?

The interruption was brief and the sun has reappeared at Northampton.

Rob Keogh has four balls left to complete his 11th over.

Shan Masood shows immediate intent, shovelling the first ball over mid on and takes a couple.

A wide follows before th Yorkshire captain goes big, pulling a Keogh ball outside off stump over the legside for a big maximum.

He takes a couple and then two more from the last ball. Seventeen from the over.

And that will do. Yorkshire have declared 325 runs ahead. Game on
