Rawal made her India debut last last year and averages 63.80 from 11 ODIs prior to today - played against Sri Lanka, West Indies, Ireland and South Africa.

Lauren Bell sends down a nasty half-tracker to start her own and Smriti Mandhana swats it away through square.

Three balls later a full ball on the pads is clipped through a similar area.

Four runs off Kate Cross' second over, with Smriti Mandhana picking up two past backward point.

Mandhana started the T20 series with a score of 112 - I'm sure she'd happily take a similar score as we start the tour's ODI leg.

Lauren Bell to bowl at the other end, and Pratika Rawal edges her opening delivery off the bottom of the bat while attempting a cut.

The ball flies downwards but lands wide of the off stump and bounces clear.
