  1. Eng 325-7published at 48 overs

Very good over from Marnus Labuschagne at this stage of the innings.

Just four from it and the wicket of Ben Duckett.

Two overs to go. How many more can England add to their total?

That was definitely an innings that Ben Duckett can look back at and think how can I contribute like that every time I go out there.

It wasn't a headstrong, wreckless innings at all. He calculated everything. That's an innings for him to look back on.

  4. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 47.2 overs

    Duckett lbw b Labuschagne 165 (Eng 322-7)

Plumb as it gets but the crowd in Lahore rise to Ben Duckett as he walks off at the end of a magnificent innings.

The left-hander completely lost his balance as he went to sweep Marnus Labuschagne, the long hop did for him really.

Ball-tracking shows it was hitting middle stump about of the third of the way up so it'll be up to Brydon Carse and Jofra Archer to try to get England up to 350.

I think Ben Duckett was pointing that it hit him on the hip but when you're that short I don't think it makes a difference.

  6. England reviewpublished at 47.2 overs

    Eng 322-6

This looks like the end of a wonderful innings from Ben Duckett.

He's hit plumb in front by a drag down from Marnus Labuschagne but goes for a review anyway.

He's earned it but I don't give it much hope of being successful...

  7. Eng 321-6published at 47 overs

    Carse 1, Duckett 165

Ben Duckett started the over with a boundary and he ends it with another.

He swats a short ball through mid-wicket and picks the gap between the fielders in the deep perfectly.

England are still a decent chance of posting 350 here (which is just not good enough, apparently).

Really quite a poor performance here from England. Need bare minimum 350 and it seems we will be lucky to get that. Needed to attack the extra bowler more and earlier yet were content to nudge and nurdle.

That's a huge wicket in the context of the game. Now it's up to Ben Duckett, again, to try and get as many runs as he can for England.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 46.3 overs

    Livingstone c Ellis b Dwarshuis 14 (Eng 316-6)

    Caught in the deep.

Important wicket for Australia because Liam Livingstone can be so dangerous late in an innings.

He tries to heave Ben Dwarshuis over the leg side but doesn't time the shot and picks at Nathan Ellis at deep backward square.

If these two can bat for at least the next two overs, I can see England getting to 360. The rest of the batters aren't as experienced so they need to try and stay out there.

They've still got four overs to go, Mark, and could still quite easily get up to 350. Not what I'd describe as very poor but there you go.

No doubt they will have had hopes of a few more but still a competitive total at the very least.

This is very poor from England. They’re about 50 runs short on this flat track.

I still think England need a big finish here.

  16. Eng 307-5published at 45.1 overs

Adam Zampa is back to bowl his last over but Ben Duckett gets the broom out first ball.

A hard sweep and the ball goes away square for four.

350 would be an incredibly difficult chase for Australia, even on this extremely flat surface. Even if the dew comes down later it will be tough for them.

They'll be looking for a few more wickets now.

England will be hoping for 350 if they can, but will be happy with the total so far.

  19. Eng 303-5published at 45 overs

No wicket but another very good over from Nathan Ellis. He has been excellent so far.

To go for only four runs in an over at this stage of the innings is very good going.

England have another five to try and get up to 350.

  20. Not outpublished at 44.5 overs

    Eng 303-5

It doesn't matter how many stumps it might have been hitting, Liam Livingstone got some bat on it.

Not out and on we go.
